‘Light’s, Camera, Lokshen’ is Park Row’s film night, curated by Simon Weintroub – a Bristol-based lecturer in film and television studies, and filmmaker – who scours the world for the best in Jewish film.
Simon’s selection for the summer screening was the wonderful Spanish farce, ‘Only Human‘, which follows a colourful family during its Friday night dinner with catastrophic and hilarious results.
At each screening Simon introduces the film and closes the evening with a discussion and Q&A session. And, of course, there are bowls of freshly made popcorn and drinks on tap.
Entry £4, includes popcorn (drinks charged extra)
The date of the next film night is to be confirmed.
